- I bought this recently and love it very much, albeit the price is quite high in my opinion. Here’s hoping the metal construction keeps it lasting for a long time. Car tires can be pumped up very quickly with this compressor. I even tried it on my bike tires and that got done a lot quicker. Expect to top up bike tires in roughly 10 seconds or so. Car tires, around 2 – 5 minutes per tire, depending on how flat it is. I don’t fancy the compressor’s pressure gauge because it’s not precise. Overall, I’m happy with it.
- Found the 90P compressor online and after reading various reviews, I decided to give it a shot. It’s a pretty good tire pump for car. Fast, easy to use, fairly quiet and doesn’t overheat as much as other compressors do. My rear tires were a little flat so I got this compressor to work. Fixed the clamps to the car battery and around two minutes later, both tires were full with air. The power cable is quite long so I had no problem reaching the rear tires. My only complaint is the carrying case which should’ve been slightly bigger to accommodate the unit and the cords. You have to fit them in snuggly so it’s slightly annoying.
- High quality tire pumps can be hard to find. Certain models don’t seem to hold up well because they’re made of flimsy plastic material. Fortunately, the VIAIR 90P electric tire pump is made up of mostly metal parts so hopefully it’ll last longer than the plastic ones. The design is solid and I’m pleased that it actually hooks up to the battery instead of the cigarette socket adapter which is notorious for knocking out the car fuse. Recently took out my uncle’s old SUV and all four tires had to be topped up. It took the pump roughly 30 minutes to complete the job. It’s very powerful. Highly recommend this.
- This portable compressor works like it’s supposed to, but I’m disappointed that it doesn’t come with an AC power feature in case I want to inflate my tires in my home garage. Anyway, glad to have this compressor in the boot of my car as it has helped a lot during my travels. Very affordable and comes with a black carrying bag so you can store the unit in there together with the hose. Works quickly and quietly, but taking off the tire chuck can be difficult at times. I think I might need to make a couple of adjustments to the tire chuck.
