a) I needed an impact wrench because I was sick of removing lug nuts manually. The manual way is a total pain in the butt. So I chose this model after doing extensive research on various impact wrenches that are available on the market.
At first I wanted to get an air wrench but decided against it because then I would’ve to purchase an air compressor as well. That means more cash out of the wallet, more space, and of course more maintenance work too. I wanted something straightforward with little maintenance so that’s why I put down the money for an electric impact wrench.
Now, this Milwaukee model is gold class in terms of torque power. I can’t believe how awesomely powerful it is. The lug nuts on the wheels of my trucks are pretty tough to crack, but this tool broke them loose with ridiculous ease! I even used it on some rusty lug nuts and they were sorted out fast and smooth by this thing. The Milwaukee 9072-20 is a real monster, and I’d recommend it in a flash, especially considering the price which is affordable.
b) This electric impact wrench with torque settings is quite brilliant. It has multiple settings and I love messing around with the torque controls. The design is terrific with comfortable grip, durable body, and reverse /forward switch easily within reach. You can perform all sorts of automotive projects/tasks with this powerful impact wrench. One thing I dislike about this impact wrench is the power cord which is pretty short for my liking. Also, because it’s a little on the bulky side, certain narrow spots can be hard to reach.
